Javier oversees the Spanish operations, developing new projects and business units, as well as managing clients and work teams. He is also a member of the Steering Committee of TYLin | Europe + LATAM.

With over 25 years of experience in the engineering industry, Javier has served as the lead designer in numerous rail, ports & marines, and highway infrastructure projects, with notable contributions in speed circuit projects. In his management roles, Javier has been actively involved in company integrations and acquisitions in Europe.

Javier earned his M.S. in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnical University of Catalonia (UPC) in Spain and supplemented his education with a Management Development Program (PDD) at IESE Business School. He currently serves as a board member in the Professional Civil Engineers association.
