With over 20 years of experience, she has served as engineering manager leading technical engineering initiatives in the design of wastewater treatment facilities. Saritha’s experience includes improving treatment reliability, increasing capacity, biological nutrient removal involving 3- and 5-stage aeration system upgrades, and design of UV disinfection systems. She has led multi-discipline wastewater design projects encompassing most wastewater treatment processes and equipment types and is well versed in all aspects of project management including feasibility studies, concept design and technology selection, preliminary and detailed design work, and construction phase service efforts.
