Stephen brings accomplished engineering and design experience in large scale construction projects, including both solid waste and wastewater facilities. 

He has extensive experience in engineering design, and construction oversite on various municipal infrastructure projects, including the New York City’s solid waste marine transfer station program, Nassau County’s Bay Park Conveyance Project implemented through design-build, New York City’s Resiliency Program in wastewater facilities, power distribution upgrades, the rehabilitation of sludge tanks, and sanitary pump stations.
