With over 35 years of experience in the transportation engineering field, Xavier has developed his professional career at GPO, a Spanish engineering firm, in the field of transportation projects and urban planning. In January 2011, he was appointed CEO, taking on the restructuring of the business in Spain, growing the firm from a local engineering company to an international group of companies, with a presence in North America, South America and Europe. Since April 2017, he assumed the responsibilities of President and CEO, leading the integration of GPO Group into TYLin. From January 2024, Xavier is the President of TYLin Europe LATAM.

Xavier received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from “Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya” (UPC). Xavier resides in Barcelona, Spain, where TYLin has a 200-person office located in the heart of the city.
