TYLin announces the appointment of Sharon Humphreys, PE, as Program Director of Rail + Transit for Southern California. Sharon will be responsible for business development, planning, and directing the execution of large-scale rail and transit projects.

Sharon brings 32 years of diverse experience to this crucial role. Before joining TYLin, she served as Director of Engineering and Construction at the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), where she oversaw a USD 8.4 billion capital program and led the delivery of significant infrastructure projects. Sharon has been instrumental in the success of many SANDAG projects, including the Mid-Coast Light Rail Transit, San Ysidro Rail Yard, Elvira to Morena Double Track, San Diego River Double Track, Otay Mesa East Point of Entry, San Dieguito Double Track, and Los Angeles - San Diego - San Luis Obispo Rail Corridor Realignment. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective organizational structures and teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Her experience spans both the public and private sectors, giving her a deep understanding of our clients' unique challenges and opportunities.
